Dear Heroes
Our team has looked over the agency (Middleman) issue.
However, we were unable to discover any bug related to agency.
The problem of items not being shown is not due to a bug but
due to a delay in loading the item data. Therefore, you will eventually
be able to see the item list after waiting for a certain period of time.
Nevertheless, we understand your frustration regarding the delay in agency.
We are currently looking into ways to improve the agency system, but this
development will take considerable amount of time.
We apologize for your incovenience and we will try our best to implement
a more efficient trade system hopefully in the near future.

What is Double-Double Time?
Apparently, 'Double-Double' is a term used by Canadians to describe how you take your coffee.
It means to put two teaspoons of suger and two creams in your coffee. Sounds delicious doesn't it?
In Dekaron, we decided to use the term 'Double-Double' to describe the combination of
Double EXP and 2x Item Drop Rates simply for the convenience in conveying the event details.
Double-Double Time has been applied as of 12:00 CEST and 03:00 PDT,
and the Double-Double hours will last throughout the weekend until
10:00 CEST in Europe and 01:00 PDT in Americas on Monday 27th May.

Inspired by the order of the Knights Templars, we are proud to present Dekaron’s latest costumes:
Templar of Light and Blood.
Elite Templar of Light (M or F) 30
- M version is for male characters and F version is for female characters only.
- 30 at the end describes that the item will expire after 30 days period.
- Each Templar of Light costume has Elite option attached:
+1500 HP and +4% DEF.
Elite Templar of Blood (M or F) 30
- M version is for male characters and F version is for female characters only.
- 30 at the end describes that the item will expire after 30 days period.
- Each Templar of Light costume has Elite option attached: +1500 HP and +4% DEF.
*IMPORTANT*
A graphic error has been found in Azure Knight's Elite Templar of Blood (M) costume display (30 and permanent).
This graphic error will be fixed during the next weekly maintenance. We apologize for your inconvenience.
Elite Package A (M or F)
- Available for a limited time until 5th July, 2013
- Elite Package A includes Elite Templar of Light (Permanent) and Phantom Wings (Permanent).
- M version is for male characters only.
- F version is for female characters only.
- Wings cannot be traded.
Elite Package B (M or F)
- Available for a limited time until 5th July, 2013

Script Error Message popup during game launch

Script error message started to appear after maintenance on 8th May.
This error has been fixed. However, in order to avoid the error message,
you must delete all [Cache] data from your internet options, close all
opened browsers and then restart your browser to login.

Guild Siege Battle, which was discontinued due to technical issues after the
Helion-Siz server merge will be starting again this week.
The defending guild has been set to default and Zenoa Castle is under control
by the stealthy, powerful, dangerous, goldseller-kicking, hacker-chasing and
potentially merciless GMs that belong to a randomly-named guild called Azubu.
So if you wish to recapture the Genoa Castle from us, apply to enter Siege
Battle by talking to Leonhart NPC in Ardeca.
Let the Siege Battle begin once again!
*Siege Battle time schedule will be announced when Siege Battle applications
have been filled.
